Rob has been working in the oven cleaning industry for many years and has established a great reputation within the Chichester area for his exceptional customer service. Recently, he has gone through an extensive training to become a domestic appliance repair engineer to be able to assist you with all your appliance problems.
Rob will quickly identify the problem and work with you to find the best solution. Attempting to carry out repairs yourself carries a degree of risk, particularly when dealing with electricity. Rob will diagnose the issue and provide affordable repair options, with no-obligation.

Once your appointment has been booked we will confirm it via text message. During the appointment Rob will diagnose the problem and recommend course of action. He will also advise on any replacement parts and their cost (if required).
Our one-off, fixed, call-out charge of £60 is due at the end of the initial appointment. If parts are required to complete the repair you will be advised on their cost and if you decide to go ahead Rob will order the parts and schedule the follow up appointment to fit them. You will then be required to pay for the parts at the follow-up appointment.
Once the repair has been completed we will e-mail you details of the work undertaken for your
records.
Diagnosing and repairing appliances sometimes requires a bit of trial and error. Although in most
cases we can establish the fault and repair it first time round, occasionally it might not be
possible. If your appliance has the same fault within 3 months from the date of its repair with us,
we will come back to address that and there is no further fee (only for additional parts that might
be required).
We accept cash, cheques, BACS/online transfer. Customers making payment by BACS/online transfer should complete the transaction on the day of the repair, unless previously agreed otherwise.
